Huelva, 16/01/2025. Atlantic Copper has been included in the group of 137 Spanish companies that have passed the Top Employers Institute certification process, a recognition in the area of Human Resources that highlights the Company’s performance in key aspects related to people management and employee development in the organization, or the policies and innovative practices that the company follows to attract and engage its employees, among others.

This program certifies leading organizations in people practices based on their participation and the results of the HR Best Practices Survey.

For the fourth consecutive year, the Huelva-based company has passed the evaluation in different aspects of Human Resources policies, such as its People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity and Inclusion. The Company particularly stood out in categories such as digitalization, the work environment, leadership and talent acquisition, among others.

The metallurgical company achieved an overall score of 72.49%, exceeding the average of the 2,428 companies certified worldwide as Top Employers in several of these categories and improving the overall score achieved the previous year (70.19%).

The international organization highlighted the Huelva-based metallurgical company’s good work in the areas of Compensation and Benefits, People Strategy, Business Strategy, Ethics and Integrity, Talent Acquisition, Workers’ Welfare and Sustainability. Atlantic Copper is one of just 8 manufacturing companies in Spain having a workforce of up to 1,000 workers to have obtained this recognition.

Atlantic Copper thus ratifies its commitment to a management model in which people are at the heart of its strategies to attract, train and develop talent.
