The values that inspire our business conduct represent who we are and how we work. Our internal and external relationships are governed by the Principles of Business Conduct (PBC), which constitute the way we behave with our staff and stakeholders.
We have an obligation among ourselves, with our shareholders and with our suppliers, to make all business decisions solely on the basis of sound business criteria. We believe in free and transparent competition and do not engage in any type of unfair business practices. We do business only with suppliers who demonstrate the highest ethical business standards.
Atlantic Copper has a comprehensive anti-corruption compliance program. It includes detailed policies and procedures regarding the authorizations and records required for certain transaction categories, such as travel expenses, charitable contributions, gifts and entertainment, and other payments to governments and public officials.
To further prevent corruption and bribery, we promote the training of our workers in anti-corruption policies and in the Principles of Business Conduct (PBC).
