Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the prestigious Luiss Guido Carli University in Italy, she also holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from the same institution and a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing and E-Commerce from EAE Business School.

She has held significant positions, including Executive Manager of AMINER and General Secretary of the 5th Mining and Minerals Hall (MMH). She has also worked in marketing and communications departments within the mining sector and at companies such as Maxam, Metso, and Rocha Blast Engineers. She also led business development for Beko Electronics Spain.

At the end of 2024, Marta Cerati was included in the list of the 100 most influential women in mining by Women in Mining UK, a recognition that highlights her leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to transforming the sector.
